Dr. Harold Perlaza Affiliations American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry American Dental Association San Fernando Valley Dental Society California Dental Association Academy of General Dentistry West Valley Implant Center	Dr Harold Perlaza, DDS, has been educating his patients about good oral health and periodontal care for over 20 years. Dr Perlaza specializes in advanced cosmetic dentistry and customized treatment plans and options. He attended a special dental program at the University of California Los Angeles in 1989. Dr Perlaza has completed numerous post graduate programs in cosmetic dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, dental implants and laser periodontal therapy. Dr Perlaza teaches at UCLA, school of dentistry, advanced education on general dentistry. Dr Perlaza is an avid scuba diver, underwater photographer and videographer. On his time off from the cosmetic dental studio, he enjoys trekking and diving adventures all over the world.
Negar Tabandeh, DDS, MS - Periodontist	Diplomate, American Academy of Periodontology Dr. Tabandeh received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) in 1996. She attended the three-year specialty program in Periodontics and Implant Surgery at Loma Linda University. Dr. Tabandeh is a board certified periodontist, practicing all aspects of periodontics, implant surgery and implant related surgeries such as extraction, bone grafting and sinus lift for over five years. Dr. Tabandeh is an enthusiastic, hard-working and honest person. She treats all her patients with exceptional care and strives to provide them with the highest quality of work.
Yekta	Hi my name is Yekta, and I have been working with Dr. Perlaza for the past 17 years. I received my license as a registered dental assistant (RDA) from Concord Carrier Institute in 1991. Several years after I attended a special program at UCLA and obtained my certification as registered dental assistant on extended functions (RDAEF), and this allowed me to be more involved with dental procedures with our patients. I love to help our patients with all their dental needs and I am always ready to answer all their questions. Dr. Perlaza has always made continuing education a priority in our office. I attend educational seminars and dental courses that keep me informed of all the latest procedures. I enjoy my job, most of all I enjoy helping others. So let me know how I can help you. Paola	My name is Paola Galeano, and I am a RDA (registered dental assistant). I received my degree from Concorde Career College In November of 2006 with a 4.0 GPA. I have been part of Cosmetic Dental Studio’s staff since February of 2007, and ever since I have played a very crucial role in establishing good, comfortable, and lasting relations with all of our patients. My main duty includes the assistance of Dr. Perlaza in delicate procedures such as tooth implants, cosmetic rehabilitations, and laser surgery. All the above duties combined with my ongoing training in the field make me a very competitive RDA in the dental industry. I like to spend quality time with all of our patients answering questions and allaying doubts about any dental procedure. I look forward to seeing you at the office.
Martha	Hi my name is Martha and I’ve been in the field of dentistry for 13 years. Through my experience I have gained excellent patient management skills. Claudia	Hello my name is Claudia. I have been a part of Cosmetic Dental Studios team for four and a half years. I work primarily at the front desk and occasionally help the back office when needed. I feel confident in saying that I love my job for the season being that I enjoy helping others. I am here to do anything I can to make your dental visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Walter	Hello, my name is Walter and I am one of the new additions to this family of dental professionals. I have been involved in the dental field since 2007 when I graduated from School of Health Careers located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA). My dental career has been, and still is very gratifying. Every day is a new experience and there is always something new to learn. One thing that I really enjoy about my job is being able to interact with my patients, listen to their concerns and help them with whatever needs they should have. Cynthia	Hi my name is Cynthia Rivera and I am an RDH. I joined Dr. Perlaza’s team in 2004 after my graduation from Pasadena City College. I briefly moved to Texas, and on my return I was offered the position back. Currently, I am enrolled to start the RDH Alternate practice at West Los Angeles College. This degree will allow me to serve the home bound and convalescent home patients. I am an active volunteer at Remote Area Medical (RAM). This Association of volunteers provides free medical and dental services to those that can’t afford health services. The two loves of my life are my two sons Elliot 14, and Seth 4. I enjoy music, movies, dancing, outdoors and running. The latest book I read was The Help, I also enjoy reading biographies. I tried to live by “The Golden Rule” my interpretation is “Treat others as you consent to being treated in the same situation”.
